Dinky is a character!!  He has a wonderfully playful attitude and is just too cute.  He was a rescue horse who came at the same time and from the same place as Phoenix.  However, Dinky was in much worse shape than Phoenix was.  He was no malnourished when he came to us that his shoulder blades touched on the front of his chest and he was so weak that we could lead him around just by tugging on his mane, even though he’d never been touched!  He is five years old now and stands almost 14.2 hands.

The turnaround in Dinky has been amazing.  What he lacks in size, he makes up for in personality.  He is the resident clown and is probably the most playful adult horse we’ve ever seen.  There is no end to the comical things this horse does!  He is also very smart and could probably easily learn a variety of tricks.

His striking chestnut medicine hat markings will definitely get you noticed, as will his two bright blue eyes.  Dinky is currently green broke, but with more training would make a great child’s horse.  He is also suitable in size for smaller adults.  He shows potential for being an excellent trail horse, as well.
